EMMA AND DELLA COME FOR A VISIT!

 The timing was perfect! We booked Emma and Della tickets to come and visit us after they came for Jared's birthday and luckily it came right around the time Emma was living in her Thyroid Storm so it was really hard for her and Hunter. Hunter was overwhelmed with everything he was doing at home and asked if she could stay longer so of course we were THRILLED! We got them for 2 weeks! Della is the happiest girl ever!! Even with the worst ear infection!! She lived with that for a week before we took her to the dr. Emma rested as much as she could. She also went on some job interviews and took the Casteel Jr High Head Coach job! She joined us for the twins prom, the twins powder puff game, she visited Grandma and Grandpa Rodgers, she helped at Casteel Varsity cheer practice...she packed it in, but also got spoiled while she was here. Pop Pop and Honey miss our 11pm walks with Miss Della Doo, our time together spent outside while we watered the garden, pushed her in the swing, we gave her her Easter basket, etc. We love our 2 girls so much!! 

EASTER!

 And there were 2! Luckily the Easter Bunny still came...and just to mix things up...I decided at the last minute that I would run and snag Easter Eggs for Eli and how ever many I got was his and we would transfer the money for him. He was able to facetime us during the egg hunt and he was shouting "mom are you even trying?!" "hurry up!" so that brought me some joy having him on facetime with us! Later that day we had both sets of Grandparents over for dinner and had ham, twice baked potatoes, salad, asparagus, rolls, deviled eggs and Nothing Bundt Cake for dessert! We love having our parents over for the holidays! (Sadly, no pictures with them, I always forget because we are so busy eating dinner). And Pop Pop hung up Della's swing! 

STUGO DISNEYLAND TRIP!

 As soon as STUGO had their very first meeting welcoming everyone into STUGO and gave the parents a run down of what was to be expected for the next year...they also mentioned a trip to Disneyland and that they would be needing parent volunteers....don't think I didn't make Sara and Melissa jump on that! It was everything we hoped it would be! It was a loonnnnng ride on the bus, no sleep for 3 days, tons of food, fun and laughs and surprisingly the STUGO students were amazing and didn't mind at all hanging out with us moms. We didn't expect them to hang out with us but at the end of rides they would wait for us, they even waited for us while we made a bathroom stop. SUCH GREAT KIDS!! All the girls wanted to borrow Tyler's hoodie....he never wore it, only girls....in the middle of the night at a gas station potty break everyone was inside and in walks 2 beautiful girls and I hear them say, "TYLER! Theres my best friend!" and they run over to him! Tyson ran around with either Mikey or Jaycee! I know I've raised the boys right because they knew how to navigate the parks on their own and use the Disneyland app for everything! Proud mom moment! We love all these kids so much and I love watching my boys with all their friends! Now we want all the boys to do it again next year so us moms can get our Disneyland trip in again! Ha ha!
