JUNIOR YEAR HOMECOMING DANCE!

 The twins had their homecoming dance! They were so handsome! Sara and I hurried over to meet them from pictures after Riley's baptism. After pictures they all headed over to Max's house for dinner...I went over there earlier in the day to help Donette decorate the tables and then they all headed to the dance! Afterwards they had to stay and clean up because they are on STUGO, then they came here and changed into comfy clothes and then headed back to Max's to hangout and eat snacks! The boys came home super late and had the best time! I love them creating high school memories! (I especially loved Jaycee and Tyson going together!)

JUNIOR YEAR HOCO PARADE!

 STUGO was required to be at the HOCO parade early because they were going to be on the News in the morning with football, pom & cheer and the band. The twins were NOT excited about it - ha ha! After that was over they changed their shirts and headed over to meet us at the basketball float. This was the first year we were able to talk Coach Stuckey into letting the moms be in charge of the float instead of the boys - ha ha! Me, Lexi and Aubrey won the non-existent Most Improved Award - ha ha! Lexi did a great job with the balloons and we were just her assistants! The Juniors and Seniors had fun riding around in it and tossing balls to the crowd trying to get them to make shots in their baskets! Jared drove the float for basketball this year, I am so glad I made him....he finally got to see what it was all about....all the work, fun, etc! So Glad STUGO puts this on! 

SPENT THE WEEKEND IN IDAHO FALLS!

 Jared was kind enough to let me go to Idaho Falls for the weekend and spend it with Emma and Hunter helping them prepare for the arrival of their baby girl! We sold extra couches, unpacked baby boxes, wedding boxes, rearranged furniture, closets, baby room, decorated, bought stuff for their house, got them food for when she arrives, cleaned, washed their car, etc. If there was something that needed to be done....we did it! You name it, we wrote it on a list, finished it, crossed it off and they are so ready for their baby to come! I even snuck away for a couple of hours to hang out with Eli's friend Lydia and her roommate Katie and then I tracked down Brady and visited with him, saw his missionary home, gave him a bag of all the things he used to eat at our house and gave him a hug from his momma! It was the longest, most productive weekend! All 3 of us our pooped but I so loved my time with them helping them get ready, getting a tour of Idaho Falls and spending my last big of time with Emma before she becomes a mom! 

ELI FLYS TO PERU!

 Well it was finally time for my sweet little Elder to leave his safety bubble of the CCM and head for his final destination....Lima Peru! My silly little prayers were answered though because we mailed Eli a package the first week he arrived in the CCM and it never arrived...it had shorts he needed, a shirt he wanted, a little note and some treats! On Friday before he was to leave the CCM, they took his drivers license and then on Monday the CCM took it to the post office to claim his package for us and they delivered just in the nick of time and returned his license as well. He was set to fly out the next morning at 4am! I didn't sleep good the night before....I was stressed out. Then all day I just kept trying to track his little air tags so I could see if he made it to the airport, if he landed, if he made it to the mission home, etc. He sent us a message from the airport letting us know he arrived and then I made him send a selfie for proof of life pic, ha ha! That night he got to call us when he arrived at the Mission office and was sleeping there that night with all the new missionaries in his mission. They went out to dinner that night and got chicken. The next morning they left for the mission home and Eli said Sister Byers made a "bussin breakfast!" and he sent pics outside the presidents home showing us a Peru Golf Course! He was so excited that day to find out who his companion would be and what area he would be in! He is so pumped and excited to his the dirty, hilly streets of Peru running!! We love this missionary of ours so much! We pray for his safety daily!
