FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL!

First day of school for these boys! Eli is a sophomore and the twins are finally 8th graders! ha ha! I asked them if they wished they were starting 9th grade and they said no and even admitted they were glad they were in 8th grade with all their friends! The boys all wore fresh new Jordan's to school and all got lots of compliments - except Tyson he said he only got one but Tyler was proud to say he got 5! I guess when you go to a school with uniforms you shoes really are the only important thing. They didn't care about new clothes, new backpacks, nothing. They just wanted shoes! They all said this year was already better than last year since they know way more kids this year so that is good - It's going to be a good year!! (fingers crossed)

Jared gave everyone back  to school blessings the day before. These kids come home from church a little wild and crazy and want to get change their clothes, eat food, usually someone is chasing another one, but on back to school blessing days they very calmly stay in their clothes and sit very respectful - it's one of my favorite Sundays of the year!

SUMMER BASEBALL SOPHOMORE YEAR!

It's going to be exciting over at ALAQC now that they have a new baseball coach! Coach Matt Palmer is the new head coach and it's awesome because Eli played club ball for him on Ignite for many years! They get up early Monday, Wednesday and Friday and go to the school at 6am for weight training and then have practices at night! We are spending the summer doing tournaments, team bonding, starting a booster club, starting an instagram page, etc! We are so excited for the what the future holds for Eli at ALAQC with baseball!
