Easter Sunday was a good day with my boys! We had breakfast togther, went to church together, then the boys hunted for Easter Eggs filled with dollars and then we headed to Grandma and Grandpa Rodgers house for dinner and dessert! Tyler even gave me a little Easter gift and let me hold his pinky in church - ha ha! I love these boys so much and I am soaking up all the memories I can!
Ya sophomores aren't supposed to go to prom but these junior girls from Queen Creek High School talked these cute boys into taking them to ALAQC prom! And when I say they talked them into it - we had less than a week notice to "ask", shop, plan, etc. Kati and Adam took all the kids up to their cabin for an over nighter and Tilly and Warner spent the night at our house! Tyson and his group had the best time!! I am so glad it all worked out! After prom they went back to someone's house and swam and played games! Dinner was spent at PF Changs! Tyson, Nash, Stetson, Talon, Jayden! Tyson's date was Emery. (super not impressed with these girls changing the dinner location, bringing a back up camera in case the boys photographer wasn't good, but whatever Tyson said I'm making it a bigger deal! ha ha)
Eli and his baseball buddies got together and asked some girls to prom! I am gonna miss these days of promposals! All the baseball buddies got together and joined a group together and then a bunch of other people joined their group too! They ended up with 28 people in their group! Thursday night they did their "day date" and went to a jumping place and then went back to Seth's house for yard games and pizza! Then Saturday for prom they had practice and then Eli, Taevin and Brasser got ready together and then picked up their dates, met about 20 of them at Bourbon and Bones and had his most expensive meal in his life! He said it was the best steak he had ever had, but not to take our family their because it cost him $150 for the 2 of them and they split their sides! ha ha! They danced their little mosh pit hearts out all night at prom and then everyone came back to our house for a little waffle bar and movie night! Jared busted him hump getting the yard ready for everyone and we set up all these games...only to have them end up watching a movie, ha ha! Then after Eli took his date home he got on the phone with his buddies and they all talked about who got kisses and who didnt. Baseball buddies: Eli, Seth, Brasser, Tayden, Adam, Jhett, Taevin & Nash. His date was London.
