DAY 2!

THURSDAY: 4th of July. We got up and met the Bells and a couple of other families down at the Hillsboro parade. We jumped rope, caught candy, etc. Then we went home for lunch and a little rest and then headed out to the Bells Orchard. We shot potato guns, rode quads, played wiffle ball, jumped on the tramp, had a BBQ and did our own fireworks! Because it doesn't get dark till 9pm we partied pretty late and everyone loved it! 

5TH SEED ASSIGNMENT IN OREGON! DAY 1!

Jared is on his 5th SEED assignment for Intel in Oregon. Like usual the kids are involved in school and club sports so we can't move with him so we stay here. This is the shortest assignment at only 4 months long, but it was the hardest! We did GREATLY enjoy our 10 days with him in Oregon though. Every day was filled with things to do and I kept thinking the kids would get bored and it would go downhill but they loved each day.

WEDNESDAY: They loved the day we flew out because they were VERY excited for the plane ride. Tyler hurry and got in his seat and got himself situated with his seat belt right away, got his movie and ear buds out and then found the in flight menu and enjoyed picking out his free drink and looking at the pretzels! Tyson was super excited for his window seat and the sweet boy held my hand most of the flight.

JE'NUNUS TOGETHER AGAIN!

The Fa'anunus were headed home from Utah back to Chicago and came here to AZ for 2 days to us and grandma. You know its a true geniune friendship when as soon as they come in there is awkwardness for the kids for about 5-10 minutes and then the laughing and playing begin. Emma, Sydney and Abby pretty much disappeared the whole time, talking or doing make-overs, the other kids mostly played jack box together, but loved every second of it. Sunday we ate dinner, played 9 square, Pie face, had dessert, hung out and the Monday we picked up Chick-fil-a, went and saw "The Other Side of Heaven", grabbed Sodalicious drinks, went to grandma's house to visit her and go swimming and dove for money, went back to our house for dinner and more playing and then we had to say goodbye as they went back to Becky's house to pack their car and stay the night. Emma, Abby and Sydney thought decided to stay the night at our house so they could go see Spiderman when it was released at midnight so they did that and came back here and Emma and Abby stayed up till 4am talking. Sadly, the 7:30am knock at the door came pretty early and then it was our final goodbyes. Emma had the best time, the boys told me I laugh to much with Jennifer and they even loved their cousin time.
