PIGGY BANKS!

Well my goal was to get a picture of the boys and their piggy banks from Grandpa Rodgers every year at Christmas so we could see their growth - just thought it would be something fun. I got lazy and never took a pic in 2015 or 2016...but here is this years plus the past years!

CHRISTMAS 2017!

Christmas traditions were in full swing around here! Letters to Santa - except Emma didn't make it there with us - we tried - never worked out, but luckily we were still able to drop her letter into Santa's mailbox for her because the boys were stressed about her not being able to receive her presents that she wanted! I helped at the Haley Jingle Jog, played my Christmas music as the kiddos ran past. We went to Feed My Starving Children - the boys LOVE this tradition - they make it so fun to volunteer there - anytime you can turn something into a competition - they love it! Christmas light scavenger hunt with the Syzmanskis! We came in 2nd this year - next year is our year!

We decorated the Christmas tree while listening to Christmas music and eating donuts and hot chocolate. We got up at 5am and went with the Lawrences to feed and clothe the homeless in downtown Phoenix. We all love this tradition, not going to lie, its a little painful to get up so early Christmas morning when we go to bed so late Christmas Eve, but there is no better way to start your Christmas morning then doing good! Then we get to come home and open our own gifts! Hoverboards, Standford everything, clothes, a new Bro-laxer for the twins room (that's what they have named their couch), 2 nativitys, and Christmas jammies! This is my favorite time of year! Love the kids being off of school, love the music, love the memories we make and love our traditions! Merry Christmas!
