TWINS FIRST PACK MEETING!

Oh man the boys were so excited for their first pack meeting - you would have thought they were going to Disneyland! They have such a great leader - Brother Crandall. He puts so much effort into each week and the boys come home so excited! They earned several belt loops and their Bobcat so it was a pretty big day - and I got doubled pinned! Although - those pins belong to Jared because he is the helper and I am just the driver - ha ha. They did bob for apples because they earned their bobcat awards too!

FIRST STAKE DANCE!

Emma went to her first stake dance - it is actually a multi-stake dance and they only have them the second Saturday of each month. Her and Tatum decided to go. They spent the evening getting ready together after dance and then decided to show up fashionably late! Jared drove them and then when they got there they decided to say a prayer. Jared didn't listen or ask why, but later that night when Emma was home I asked her about it. She said that Tatum was really nervous to go to the dance and they just said the prayer to calm their nerves. So sweet! Jared couldn't believe this!! All these years he thought the boys were the nervous ones and not the girls...in his mind here are two cute girls who know how to dance - what do they have to worry about it. If he would have known this as a teenager it would have made things a lot easier and he would have asked more girls to dance - he had no idea! Ha Ha! I am sure he really wouldn't have changed it his, but it was fun to hear his "boy" view of things and then for him to see the "girl" side of it! They both got asked to dance and Emma's boy thought she was a lot older than what she is - she found that pretty funny! The girls had such a great night and can't wait to go back next month!

DONUTS WITH DUDES AND DIVAS!

Every year the boys school does a morning called "Donuts with Dudes and Divas" and they bring in hundreds of purple and white frosted donuts with sprinkles and then juice. The boys love going every year and they then they get to play on the playground early before school starts so its a double bonus! This year we got to snap a cute pic with the twins teacher and Eli's teacher from last year - we love Ms Tibbott!

BRAZIL SUMMER OLYMPICS!

We kicked off the olympics with a little family party! Food from around the world and watching the opening ceremonies! Love the spirit this time of year! Go USA!!!!
